Great place to stay

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and was always there to help. It is located in a good neighbourhood and the city centre is reachable in about 10 min by taxi. The breakfast was good and included a lot of fresh fruit.

Great staff, nice place, good location... but poooooor service (due to stingy landlord?)

The staff is VERY KIND and the garden is VERY NICE but :
1°) there are a lot of people who go to this hotel just to have sex
2°) it's poorly soundproofed
3°) the kitchen is poorly equiped
4°) the breakfast is always the same (I stayed 6 weeks...)
It would be a fantastic place if there was a more accurate customers' selection.

Comfy, Cozy, Calm

My stay at Salama Village was a peaceful one. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Anything you need, they have no hesitation in assisting you.
The garden areas and grounds are immaculate. You can have a seat outside on the patio or a seat on the lawn for some down time relaxation.
The bungalows are well maintained, clean and offer wi-fi. The kitchens are well-equipped with the standard equipment for cooking. It was nice having access to the space to keep beverages cool as well as having a space for snacks and restaurant leftovers.
My bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. I slept so well on the comfy bed. There was a mosquito net, but I didn't come across many mosquitos-perhaps they just don't like me. Oh yeah, it was so nice having the garden sitting area outside of my bedroom door. Many mornings I enjoyed my breakfast out there.
Everything was great for me. You may want to take note: the place can be a bit of a distance from some areas in town. Myself, I rented a car, which made things easy for me. It may not be a bad idea to rent a car. Kigali is a beautiful city and with a car you can really explore and enjoy your time in the area.

Absolutely amazing and quiet place!

I loved everything from the house decor, customer service especially Cynthia and the scenery. Its the right place for a peaceful stay away from home in Kigali. The breakfast while sitting at their beautiful balcony is a memory i'll always cherish!

excellent accueil

Cadre très agréable. Très propre. Vivement recommandé pour courts ou longs séjours. Tous les services indispensables sont à proximité. Le personnel est très accueillant et rendent quelques services annexes si nécessaire.
