The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient, being close to both the airport and the wharf. I was so happy with everything and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Would not recommend, staff act like it’s an inconvenience to ask for assistance. Amenities are not offered at reception unless you already know about it. The rooms look like they cleaned it long ago and then left it without re cleaning for guests. The only good think I can say about this place is that there was air conditioning. Slow service is understandable, but not offering amenities, assistance or even a kind geeeting - unacceptable

Served the purpose of my one night stay. The room was clean.and the bed comfortable. Very basic but convenient to airport and 24 hour shuttle service.

I made reservations at this hotel and immediately canceled. I was denied a
refund and found out they resold my room.
This is called robbery by policy.
