Slightly inconvenient location, but excellent value

A very good mid-range deal at 170 rials for a double room. Everything looked new and was very clean. Towels provided and strong Wi-Fi, which are features that are rare in Saudi Arabia. The location is a bit of a wasteland: you are a 3 to 4 km hike away from the city centre (bus stations, hypermarket clusters, old town). The nearest (unmarked) city bus stop is about 1 km away. Close to the hotel is large Al-Tamimi supermarket, a few groceries and some snack-bars and restaurants.

The place is good, spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Regular cleaning was good as well. However, there were some insects kept showing in the toilet. I reported it and they sprayed the place but it didn’t help.

从来不写评论，但这是我住过最垃圾酒店，没有之一。所有房间基本都是没有窗户的内部隔断，只有两个排风扇，不提供牙刷，因为是所有房间都不提供。。。还有就是不通风浓浓的甲醛味，我一晚上开门，躺沙发睡门口都呛受不了。床是潮湿的，睡上去全身痒。换房不行的，订两天，提前退房也是不行的，虽然每天12点前规则是可以退房，但是你没有一天天订，而是一个订单两天。还有前台不懂英文，无法沟通，他说可以退，晚上经理不上班，无法确认。到第二天经理说他不懂规则，你可以退房，但不能退钱，直接拒绝。。。

服务比较差，卫生间的设施比较简陋，酒店提供早餐（实际订的时候是有的）
