Eight nights and nine days of pure luxury at The Venue Jeddah. The hotel offers outstanding comfort, a prime location on the Red Sea Corniche, and unforgettable views from both the rooms and the restaurant.
What truly elevates this property is the team — a blend of Saudi and international professionals working seamlessly together. They are consistently attentive, warm, and highly efficient. Their professionalism and dedication bring the hotel to life; without them, even a five‑star property would be only a building.
The beautiful Corniche walk, cycling paths, and nearby activities added even more enjoyment to my stay. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Poor service quality

Property is looking tired. Elevators can keep you waiting as only 2 available for guests. Even though I advised the front desk the time i would be checking out, I receved two phoen calls asking me/urging me to vacate the room. On check out, the receptionist was on the phone. I was not able to obtain a receipt for my stay. Repeated email requests to the hotel are never answered. Its as if nobody cares and nobody communicates.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in

I have traveled extensively, and I have never encountered a hotel this appalling. The room was damp and mouldy (painted over, not treated), with a horrible smell and moist bedding. The bathroom drains backed up, and there were bizarre mirrors in the shower.
Most alarmingly, these conditions triggered an asthma attack in my 13-year-old son. After hours of travel, we had to check out at 4 AM and sleep in our car until the manager processed our refund.
This stay was unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise families or anyone with health concerns to avoid this hotel at all costs.

The main strengths are the location on the Corniche promenade by the seafront and the good quality of the restaurant buffet. However, the some of the services is not up to standard (multiple follow-up calls were necessary), the equipment shows signs of wear and tear (malfunctioning power outlets, a loose door handle, a window dirty on the outside), and the centralized electric control system, which was meant to be modern, is impractical and shows signs of aging.
