DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Don’t book this hotel save ur money and book somewhere else. It’s not even worth 1 star. We paid over 1500 SAR and our room was dirty and cramped and there was hardly any place to walk. We came from Madinah and we were exhausted and we didn’t feel like sleeping in the room as the beds made us feel itchy. If it was not for Mohammad, one of the cleaning staff our stay would have been unbearable. He managed to change our room twice despite getting in trouble and he offered to clean our room multiple times. The arrogant Arabs who r on the reception were useless and instead tried to belittle us even though we paid money for this disgusting cheap hotel which claimed to have 4 stars. The carpets r filthy and you have people smoking in the hallway. Most importantly don’t let the lobby and elevator area fool u coz they made it look soo luxurious and grand whereas the hallways to the room and the rooms itself is actually the total opposite. The toilets r dirty and there’s hardly any light and you can smell the next rooms toilet in your room. We stayed in madinah and paid less and the hotel was clean whereas here, where the house of Allah is the streets r filthy and disgusting and even though, the cleaners work in the endless heat picking up trash it’s still dirty because people don’t know how to pick up after themselves.

Ruined our Umrah Experience overall

Just One Thing — Saif ul Majd Hotel is a TOTAL DISASTER! We stayed there for 16 days, and honestly, it was the worst part of our entire Umrah trip! ❌
They claimed it’s a 3-star hotel, but in reality, it’s not even worth 1 star! I even have a video proof showing the official star rating posted at the hotel — completely misleading!
Let me tell you how bad it was:
We didn’t get towels the entire stay!
The carpet was filthy, full of stains and sticky spots — we couldn’t even walk barefoot!
The curtains smelled awful, and the bedsheets had tea stains! ️☕
After requesting room cleaning (which happened only 2 times in 16 days!), they gave us even more stained and smelly bedsheets & pillow covers!
The washroom was small, dirty, smelly, and full of spots!
The room had no openable window, so no fresh air at all! ❌
And then comes Ahsan, the Pakistani guy managing things there:
He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and arrogant!
Ignored all our requests and showed zero interest in helping.
When I texted him on WhatsApp asking about room cleaning & transport, he straight up blocked me!
Now compare this with my in-laws who just arrived in Makkah yesterday and got a room at Badar Almasa Hotel:
Same 4-bed room, but with a microwave oven, electric kettle, kitchen sink, and super clean environment! ️✨
And guess what? They got it for less than 100 SAR! ✅
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK Saif ul Majd Hotel — it's a scam in the name of hospitality! There are way better, cleaner, and more honest places in Makkah for the same or even lower price!

They woke me up at night and opened my room and switched on the lights while i was sleeping to get the money of the extra night i stayed, they refused to wait until morning to pay on the check out; they treat me like i am a thief. I will never come back to this place again.
