Very clean
Amazing staff like house keeping and reception
One note: I had to discuss for 10 mins that I booked room for 2 adult and 1 child (total 3) BUT the room had 2 beds only and they asked for extra payment for the extra bed. I mentioned clearly that I booked 3 persons so I should get 3 beds but was not understood initially. After 10 mins the reception person helped me and provide the 3rd bed without extra cost and he upgraded the room I think

My Go-to business hotel in Riyadh
The team is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, with special recognition going to Turki, who leads the reception team. Professional, reliable, and always smiling, he greets both loyal and first-time guests with genuine warmth and outstanding Saudi hospitality, making every stay feel special.
The entire staff—from the F&B team to housekeeping and everyone behind the scenes—also deserves praise for their excellent service and dedication.
