Staff very accommodating, big spacious room for a really really good deal . So many restaurants to order from thru food apps .. I wanted to get late check out and I was given till 2pm which was really great given I was really tired . Also close to downtown Riyadh so booking for uber is easy ..

I would like to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay with my team. We stayed for three nights, with a total of three guests (nine room nights), and unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
•Room 224: On my first night, the bed linen was not clean, and there was clearly hair on the bed. I recorded a video and showed it to Management team the following day. Additionally, I had to wait approximately 45 minutes at midnight for the issue to be resolved, despite having an important meeting the next day.
•Room 212: One of my teammates experienced an issue with water leaking from the shower into the bathroom. This was reported multiple times; however, it was not resolved during our stay.
•Last Day: On our final day, I missed my breakfast as there was no buffet available and only room service was offered. Due to time constraints, I could not use this option and had to arrange breakfast outside at my own expense.

Fares is the man. He should be promoted immediately. Salma is also very nice. All the staff were excellent, the rooms were clean, good wifi and the water pressure and temperature of the water was great. I'll stay in this hotel whenever I come to Riyadh. Excellent service 👏

Room is spacious ,which is good .
However, no hot shower & extremely slow internet speed made me frustrating .
