Wonderful Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Centro Olaya Riyadh and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for the excellent hospitality and outstanding service.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. The hotel has a great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a very convenient location in Riyadh. Every detail contributed to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would especially like to recognize the team members who went above and beyond to provide very good service:
Ashik and Binoy from the Lifeguard team, Nayem from the Restaurant, Chovan the Captain, Mahmoud the Head Waiter, Chef Khairul, Arwa and Mohamad from Reception, and Atheer, the Leader.
Each of them demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and genuine hospitality. Their positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference and made me feel very well taken care of throughout my stay.
A special appreciation to the management and the entire team at Centro Olaya Riyadh for maintaining such a high level of service. It was a pleasure staying with you, and I would be very happy to return again on my next visit to Riyadh.

Short solo trip
It was a quick short trip to Riyadh, nice hotel and very friendly staff on the Reception (اروى و امجد) they were soo great and welcoming.
And I can't remember the staff member in the restaurant (Sorry) , I think it was Nazual or something... he was really good, provided a good service.. and remembered my order, my tea and brought it to my table even before asking for it..
Overall, good hotel, good service...

Take care of your belongings while you are staying there
سلام عليكم
اكتب هذا التعليق للتحذير حيث أنني أقمت في الفندق من يوم ١٢-١٦ أبريل ٢٠٢٦ و بعد عودتي اكتشفت انه قد تم سرقة شنطه غاليه الثمن كنت قد اشتريتها اثناء وجودي في الرياض و طبعا كنت اتركها في الغرفه كل يوم اثناء فتره تواجدي خارج الغرفه و بعد عودتي اكتشفت ان قد تم سرقة الشنطه و المشكله انه تم تبديلها بشنطه بلاستيكيه وبنفس الغلاف الخارجي لمنعي من اكتشاف السرقه و للاسف بعد العوده و اثناء محاوله فتح الغلاف لاستخدام الشنطه بعد شهر من العوده اكتشفت الخطه الخبيثه الي خطط لها اكيد احد الذين كانوا يدخلوا الغرفه ويعرف مواعيد خروجي من الفندق و اكيد نفذ خطته في آخر يوم قبل خروجي
احذروا علي أغراضكم اثناء إقامتكم في الفندق
طبعا عند اكتشاف السرقه تم بلاغ اداره الفندق من حوالي اسبوع و سمعنا الإجابات الدبلوماسيه و هنراجع و نحقق و أنا عارف اني ما هوصل لشي بس وجب التنبه
طبعا أنا بشيل أغراضي المهمه في الخزينه لكن مفروض اني مقيم في فندق محترم و اترك مشترياتي في الغرفه لانها لا يوجد لها مكان داخل الخزينه

I write this review to warn people staying at this hotel to take care of their valuable stuff while they are staying there
I stayed there from 12-16 April 2026
I left a high brand cross bag in the room and it was stolen by dramatic action as I discovered when I returned home that the one who stole it changed it by other one inside similar outer bag so I will be able to recognize it
The issue that I can’t put a bag inside the safe box so I left my shopping bags in the room as normal thinking that I am a staying in respected hotel belongs to respected chain

Every one is very nice and friendly they treat you very well staff gave me suggestions to go eat I don’t know how to explain it but people were amazing all of them
