Good service and location
The hotel has a good environment and friendly front of the house. I have arrived earlier before schedule check-in and they have allow me to use the facilities for fresh-up before heading out. Honourable mentions Faisal at Front Office and Dara at Food and Beverage, another gentleman during my morning arrival apologies I couldn’t remember the name, thank you for a consistent service provide and housekeeping team for tidy and clean.

A reliable business hotel
Courtyard Northern Ring Road is a solid business hotel and works well for short professional stays. The location is good, with convenient access to key business areas and main roads, making it easy to get around the city.
The rooms, however, are quite small. The Classic, Deluxe, and Superior categories are essentially the same size, with the only difference being the window size. If you’re planning a longer stay or prefer more space, I would highly recommend booking a suite — they are significantly more spacious and much more comfortable.
The gym is quite basic and not very well equipped, so it may fall short if you’re looking for a full workout. The swimming pool, on the other hand, is decent and a nice option to unwind. Breakfast is okay but the spread is limited, especially compared to other hotels in a similar category.
What truly stands out is the service. The staff are extremely warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout to Arnav, Kevin, the concierge team, and the reception staff — they consistently go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and pleasant.
Overall, a reliable business hotel with excellent service, best suited for short stays.

Business Hotel
We stayed there for an event. Hotel was fine. Rooms a bit small with limited views and amenities. For whatever reason, Platinum status did not translate to lounge or breakfast options. Location is not optimal but near highways if you need to travel. Staff is kind and helpful. Overall fine but limited services. Breakfast selection was good though with good quality choices. Probably not ideal vacation place

Good experience
Stayed there for 4 nights early November 2025, the room and the facilities are very good, location for ,e was very good as my work was close so didn't face the traffic issue there, breakfast is decent you don't need more, and the lounge is a good place to work in.
