Claudio @ four points were very accommodating and also the receptionist were very generous, I asked for bottle water I was given more than I asked for .. the hotel is close to Al batha so food is not a problem . It has Starbucks inside the hotel . I hope I could have book more days here . So A++ for awesome

Four Months Waiting for an Early-Checkout Refund

I am posting this review because I hope it helps bring attention to an unresolved refund issue.
I had to check out early due to an emergency, and the hotel was informed in advance. We requested a refund for the two unused nights and provided the necessary information. Since then, we have followed up repeatedly with the hotel and Marriott representatives over several months.
While the teams have acknowledged the matter and advised that it was being followed up, the refund has still not been received and no clear proof of payment or final resolution has been provided.
As a regular corporate customer of the Marriott group, this has been disappointing. I hope the hotel management will now resolve the matter promptly and provide clear confirmation of the refund.

Very helpfull and friendly personell in all departments.
Room and bathroom clean and good quality.
Fitness studio and swimminpool works, but needs an upgrade, especially the pool area

Good experience and friendly staff

I have had a great experience with Four Points Sheraton.
Overall - the food was good, and the amenities were clean. While there were some construction happening outside, overall staff was friendly and it made it up for it.
Especially one staff member - Sagar - has been extremely helpful with all my needs and I have enjoyed my stay because of him.

Staff was rude. The Hotel didn’t have proper Water pressure. There was no hot water in the shower. I made a complaint thrice but still they didn’t resolve the problem.
