Madereem Riyadh, nice staff

Good hotel, but bit far away from the downtown. Staff extremely warm and nice, especially Arif (Bangladesh) from the Garden Cafe and Yusuf (KSA) from reception desk!

The worse experience of the last several years of business travel - avoid.

This hotel, cancelled my confirmed reservation upon arrival at 20:00 at night. Worse still they did this for fully two thirds of my colleagues who had also booked to stay. Half of those who were cancelled had ZERO advanced notice. I was one of those without any advanced notice and was then told there was nothing they could do but they had everything arranged at an "alternative 5 star hotel, that is only 7 minutes away and we have car waiting to take you." It turned out that the so-called 5 star hotel did have details, but found me a room, however they had exactly two coat hangers in the wardrobe, no hairdryer available for the entire stay and a horrible, tiny gym with no-brand equipment. Calling it a 5 star hotel was just one of the many lies told by the Madareem staff. Take my advice and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Food is good, but I would expect the hotel to be a bit more organized . Lunch always open late than what is scheduled , and rooms don’t have international channels.

Amazing stay in the North

I chose this hotel because my company recently relocated nearby, and I was pleasantly surprised, it turned out to be one of my best stays in Riyadh so far. The entire staff, including the security team, were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
While the room wasn’t particularly spacious, it was well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for and even more.
The location is ideal for anyone focusing on North Riyadh.
My only criticism, though it doesn’t stop me from giving the hotel five stars, is the breakfast. It felt more like what you’d expect from a two-star hotel: limited variety, uncovered and dried-out cold sandwiches, and almost no pastries,just two or three boring dull english cakes. For a hotel of this caliber, I’d expect a much better breakfast experience to be honest.
Still, I’ll definitely try it one more time.
