Worst customer service ever
If you’re reading this review, you’re probably thinking about staying at Narcis Royal Riyadh. Just know this happened to me, and it could happen to you too.
I canceled a reservation through Booking.com due to an emergency and made another booking for the same dates. Despite the cancellation showing on Booking, the hotel kept both reservations active. I spent an entire week trying to contact them with no response, and during my stay I kept chasing them everyday! every employee gave me a different answer. On checkout day, they made me wait for five hours before I called the police and management finally admitted they had received the cancellation request but simply didn’t process it.
The hotel itself is nice, but the customer service was chaotic, rude, and extremely unprofessional. If your booking goes smoothly, you’ll probably enjoy your stay. But if you face any issue related to payments or reservations, be prepared to spend a lot of time chasing them for updates and solutions.
For the price, there are many better hotel options in Riyadh with far better service and much less stress.

حجزت في الفندق والغيت الحجز عبر بوكنغ بسبب ظرف طارئ ثم حجزت مرة أخرى لنفس التواريخ، لكن الفندق أبقى الحجزين رغم ظهور الإلغاء في موقع بوكنغ. حاولت أتواصل معهم لمدة أسبوع كامل بالتلفون بدون رد، وخلال إقامتي صارت شغلتي اشيك مع موظفين الاستقبال وخدمه العملاء بالتلفون كل يوم وكل موظف كان يعطيني كلام مختلف، ويوم الخروج انتظرت خمس ساعات الين ما اتصلت على الشرطة ووقتها اعترفت الإدارة أنهم كانوا يعرفون بطلب الإلغاء لكنهم ما تعاملو معه.
الفندق جميل، لكن خدمة العملاء خربت كل شي فوضويين ويتخبطون محد مهتم ومحد يتابع وراهم ومافي اي مستوى من مستويات الاحترافيه واستثني منهم الموظفه مزنه. إذا مشت أمور الحجز والدفع عندك بشكل طبيعي فغالباً بتستمتع بإقامتك، لكن إذا واجهتك أي مشكلة مالية أو خطأ بالحجز فاستعد أنك تلاحقهم وراهم وتتنكد وتخرب كل اجازتك بسبة عدم احترافيتهم.
وبصراحة، مقابل السعر المبالغ فيه فيه فنادق كثيرة أفضل في الرياض بخدمة أفضل وتجربة أريح بكثير

I first stayed at this hotel in September 2024 and I enjoyed my staff. I returned to Riyadh in September 2025 and the event hotel was full so I had another look at this hotel.
My 2nd stay was amazing! I was upgraded to a beautiful suite but more importantly the ladies gym and spa has opened. I wish i had brought my swimming costume as the indoor ladies pool looked great. Gym was good, my only suggests would be it is a little warm due to the proximity of the pool and small towels and water dispenser would be welcomed, due to the temperature I drank my water very quickly.
Another reason I chose this hotel was the proximity to the underground. Less than 5 minute walk to the station and easy to take trains across the city. I took the train to my event location, traffic was terrible so I am sure it was faster than travelling by road!
