Great service

Very nice and accommodating staff at the restaurant. Chef Jhun was very kind. Also the Chef in the morning of 24Jun (didn’t get his name) was super friendly and helpful. Same is to say for both hostesses on 24Jun.

We had a pleasant stay at Riyadh Airport Marriott Hotel Riyadh before our long drive back home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which gave us a chance to relax and rest for a few hours before traveling.
Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable airport stay experience.

Titanium Elite benefit not honored despite low occupancy

As a Titanium Elite member of Marriott Bonvoy, I chose Riyadh Marriott Hotel Airport expecting a consistent recognition of elite benefits. Unfortunately, my experience at this property fell short.
I requested a late checkout, which is a standard benefit for Titanium members subject to availability. The request was declined by the reception manager without a clear explanation. This was particularly disappointing as the hotel appeared to have very low occupancy at the time.
What made the experience more frustrating was the way this was handled. The receptionist went to check with the manager in his office, but instead of coming out to address the situation directly, he simply declined the request through the receptionist without any engagement or explanation.
This lack of transparency and customer engagement reflects poorly on the level of service expected from a Marriott property, especially for elite members. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better handling of such situations in the future.
