Spacious rooms, good breakfast, great property. Would have been nice if the balcony window would open.

Poor service and miss selling

Cons:
- Receptionists are not welcoming, no eye contact, no greeting, poor communication skills. Very rude and arrogant.
- Given a 3 person bed for 4 people, was told we would have to pay for an additional mattress and bed.
- Windows have not been. soundproofed and immense amount of external noise.
- Breakfast - Not fresh and hard.
Pros:
- Nice decor.

The staff in this hotel were outstanding; great service, incredibly helpful and nice... the hotel location was also excellent as you avoid the traffic jam in the heart of the city, and still access key touristic areas. The room was very clean, room service was very fast and reliable. The hotel was very clean.. I highly recommend it and would stay there again.
