Perfect Solo Business Stay!

I highly recommend this hotel for any business traveler. The location is excellent, the rooms are pristine, and the quiet atmosphere made it easy to stay productive.
My great experience started right at my walk-in check-in. The Arabic lady at the reception was incredibly courteous, friendly, and welcoming. She even went out of her way to provide me with an excellent room rate that included a delicious breakfast.
The service throughout the rest of my stay was equally exceptional. A special thanks to Faraz and Gulam for going above and beyond. Their outstanding professionalism, speed, and helpfulness made my solo trip completely seamless.
The facilities, including the workspaces and the serene pool area, are flawlessly maintained. If you are visiting Yanbu for business, this hotel is the top choice!

Novtel in Yanbu 10/10 Hands down!

This is my second time staying here and I absolutely love it!!
Azhar Shahzad kept my room clean and always went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed.
Lastly, Farza is the best waiter hands down!! This guy takes his job seriously and displays excellence service!!

Visiting the landmarks of Yanbu city

A wonderful experience visiting Yanbu city and its landmarks. The Novotel hotel is beautiful and quiet, and the restaurant has good food. I thank Chef Hani for his excellent service.
