Absolutely delicious

This place was absolutely amazing. The flavors and service were beyond my expectations. The staff greeted us at the door with smiles and welcoming presence. The service was “next level”; extremely attentive. I had the chicken, marinate In this flavorful sauce.. the humus and tabouleh salad was amazing.. this place was also extremely clean. A hidden gem. I would def recommend it.

High ratings from reviews made me pick this place, but upon arrival at 3 am, I felt like it was a hostel. The bed was tiny, the bedding itchy, and noise began at 6 am, as it’s on a very busy street, with car horns and alarms.
I went to the meager breakfast across the street at their
somewhat swanky restaurant and was only able to eat fast, as my tour began early. I was about to leave with a banana to go, and was told by 4 waiters, that I could not bring food from breakfast. That was the banana that broke my back and even after he agreed to give me a bigger room and bed, I jumped ship and went to a much nicer hotel by the sea. Dakar is a zoo of traffic and noise, and if you seek some comfort as a 65 year old like me, this was not the place. Perhaps, I’m a princess, but for $100 more a night, the difference was huge!

Good Lebanese Food

Have been here for dinner loads of times & the food gets better all the time. Prices are very good especially the mezze. The salads are also very good. I would recommend the taboule, spicy hummos, lamb liver, Harrira soup & all the grills. It’s also a great place to get a quick business lunch. The only thing I hate is the smoke from the shisha. They also have inside sitting but love the outdoor.

Amazing Lebanese Food!

This is somewhere it also took me a couple years to get to, but after trying it for the first time, I have gone back three times in two months! I love the mezze! I could just order from the hot and cold mezze and be content. Thus far everything I have tried from the mezze menu has been great, except the babaganoush. Don’t know if it was just a bad batch, but haven’t tried to re-order it. Otherwise the environment is so lovely in the courtyard seating. There is live music on Thursdays which makes it extra special.
