Very nice property near airport

Stayed for one night as we flew out the next morning. The staff was very nice and helpful. The property itself was immaculate inside. Our room was more of an apartment/suite with everything anyone could need for one month or one night. Very clean as well. The breakfast was great. The only drawback are the curtains- the room has windows across both walls, which is really nice in the daytime, but once 5am sunrise hits they dont block much light. Blackout curtains wld be the only thing the room could improve upon. Would recommend and would stay again.

The worst!!!

Unacceptable to avoid it
We had pre-paid 3 rooms on the first floor , the pre-paid was made 6 months ago . When we arrived at the hotel the rooms we had in our reservation did not exist !!!!
After a fight the person in charge did not accept to serve us!!And he expelled us by returning us the money!!!!!!
The most unacceptable hotel employee and manager!
We had a child and two aged 85 with us
Nothing was respected!!
Under other circumstances I would have called the police but my concern was to find accommodation!!
We finally found an excellent five-star hotel with a small price difference!!
Do not go to it even if it is the last room in your way!!!
The photos do not correspond to reality!!!
It's a mess and a half!!!

Very disappointing, staff no understanding

I was very disappointed. First of all it is displayed on the page there is sauna and whirlpool but not should you actually scare.!!!!!! So disappointed the staff did not care I had to pay the full price although the heating did not go and we were given another room in the evening for a few hours and what we got at 9 pm was also not what we booked.
I'm not coming anymore. To shame. Really sad, I can
not recommend

A hotel with a minimum set of services at a similar price.

The windows overlook a large parking lot and a construction site where a lot of construction work is going on all day. The promised airport transfer did not meet us, the hotel phone did not answer - we had to take a taxi, which cost 30 euros for a 10-minute drive. The return transfer was free. There's no netting on the windows. Rooms are clean, but no bathrobe or slippers. Shower room only soap, hairdryer and towels. The Internet is weak.

Perfect airport hotel

I have stayed here 3 times in different rooms and wouldn’t consider anywhere else!!!
Positives;
+ good wifi throughout the building (16Mbps download & upload)
+ powerful shower (with shampoo/shower gel, handy for light travellers)
+ clean & modern
+ friendly/helpful multi-lingual staff
+ extensive new menu - traditional Serbian dishes and international cuisine, something for everyone
+ tranquil bar area
+ consistent quality/cleanliness room to room
+ Approx 4 miles from the airport terminal, incredibly easy to get to, turn right 1km down the road from the hotel and then follow the road.

- none
Kudos to the manager and staff!
