Room was large and comfortable. Extra pillows would have been appreciated. No towel bars to hang towels. No place to unpack toiletries. No suitcase rack or stand for suitcases even though there was ample room

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The place itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was absolutely fantastic, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed and more. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

Great stay in the heart of the city!
Fera is in a perfect central location—close to everything. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up: there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs. Still, a lovely place to stay!

Good location

A stylish and eco-friendly hotel with lush plants decorating the exterior, creating a welcoming and green atmosphere. The location is ideal just a short walk from major tourist attractions, trendy restaurants, modern cafes, and a nearby shopping mall, yet still quiet and peaceful. The hotel is modern and new, with a clean, minimalistic design that feels fresh and calming.
The rooms are big, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. There’s a kettle with boiling water and a selection of tea provided. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and provided excellent communication from check-in to check-out.
However, there are a few areas for improvement. The TV wasn’t working, which was a minor inconvenience. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, that could be a challenge. The room also lacked a fridge, which would have been useful. At times, it was a bit noisy due to thin walls, you can occasionally hear sounds from neighboring rooms.
