Unacceptable

Very dirty, under collapse the entire accommodation, spider tissue and dust everywhere, you really can't stay, we left in the first minute...and of course because we were with a group is the fault of the traveler who chose it.

Problem with parking access in and out.
Smelly restroom, not very clean room and restroom, cigarette smell when opening window, crane worker who worked at the building above the hotel's parking space trowed old smelly urine on my car and on myself while exiting my rented car. Management did not contact me in any way for my complains and they did not compensate me for damages made to my clothing. I was forced to wash my rental car and to trow my expansive clothes. Also, I was forced to leave the hotel due to management ignorance. Only good thing about this hotel were breakfast and women who works there. I had impression that people who works at the hotel didn't have any power to solve my issues.
Our visit was supposed to be 7 days but ended only four days. Was not reimbursed for remaining of the stay or damages made.

Many things to review

I start my review by saying that the reception staff is very nice and helpful but about the rest there are several things I would like to say ... our room was on the second floor (no elevator) and was very badly run down, starting from the bathroom every time we showered the whole bathroom flooded, the inside of the shower the silicone turned all black , the windows had broken blinds, I had to change the Phon three times (the third went well) , but the unpleasant thing was that the cleaning lady when we told her about the Phon that it did not work replied "it's Chinese" without committing to change it (then the girl in reception, very very nice), in the room the wallpaper was torn, and the air conditioner broken and old, so it was not very nice to see these things ... about the very unsatisfactory cleaning, you could see from the bathroom under the sink was I think never cleaned.
About breakfast, satisfactory yes, but it's not nice to see the nervous waitress, and every time she entered the breakfast room she snorted.
It takes more than that! We should have changed rooms, assuming the others were better ... if we return we will ask for a room a little newer .
