Nice swimming pool area
It is a nice swimming pool area, and I really enjoyed my stay. I must mention that I visited this place during the week, not on weekends, so it wasn't crowded.
It has three small swimming pools and bungalows that can be rented.
The prices are acceptable, daily ticket is 500din-approx.4eur during the week (on weekends 600din-approx. 5eur), and you also have an option to purchase a half-day ticket for only 300 dins (approx. 2.5eur) from 5pm-8pm.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the fact, that the place is too small compared to its full capacity. In my opinion, too many people in a small area, well, that is not a good idea if you want to go and relax.

Bad food, awesome pool.
I went to the pool with a friend, and we decided to stay the whole day since we thought we could buy food there as well.
We could not.
The fries were a complete mess, and when we complained, staff was rude and told us thats how fries are supposed to look. They were mushed and raw. The burger was ok ish but not very hygienic.
The dining experience was a 1-star and ruined the stay for us very much. However, if you bring your own food (which clearly isn’t allowed) the stay would be far better.
The music is very loud and it gets crowded during the weekends and evenings, but in the mornings during weekdays, it’s amazing. The pool and the staff around the pool, as well as the drinks, were amazing. 3 pools of different sizes, good for families but ONLY for the pool area.

Very average
Damaged roll, TV wasn t play, wifi good and staff polite.there was no buffet for breakfast had to choose scrambled,toast or bread with jam.

Quite poor hotel, exellent pool area
Me and my wife stayed at Kengur Resort for two nights. If I begin with the hotel, it was poor. Room was not clean when we got it. Wet towels in the closet, used shampoo bottles in the shower. Bed was hard as a rock. The staff was nice even though only 2 off them spoke english good the other only understood a few words. Breakfast at the hotel was a little strange but that was ok since this is only a small hotel with few guests. The omelete was very tasty and delicious. However if we wanted other than water or coffee or tea we had to pay for it and when we wanted toast, butter and a little jam, surprise we had to pay for it. Now to the pool area off the resort. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Staff running around servicing people. Only thing is, if you are sensitive to beeing around alot of people and music a bit to loud its not for you. But great to spend the day unwinding by the pool in the heat. But you need a GPS to find it if you are driving because i saw only one sign and that was at the beginning of the street. 25 min from downtown Belgrad by car.

More public pool than hotel
After having been to Serbia for a week, we have had some ups and downs. The same can be said about our stay at this hotel.
When we first arrived there, we got a room with no aircon (while it was 35-40 degrees), even though the hotel description promises it on every room. We also got no room cleaning service. When we notify the hotel staff about this, we get cleaning the next day, but then nothing again. At this point, our vacation is close to ruin. We decide to contact the booking site where we rented the rooms from and they took contact to the hotel. The hotel then lies to the booking site, saying we have been informed that you have to request room cleaning every day. We have at no point been contacted regarding this. However, contacting the booking site helped a bit, because we got a new room with aircon.
English communication is very limited at this hotel. They have 2-3 people employed, who speak it decently, but the rest are limited to "yes", "no" and "no English". When we asked for the menu card the first day we were there, it was in Serbian. We were promised that the translated menu card would be done within a day or two, but there were no signs of an English menu card after 7 days.
The food was also a mixed pleasure. We ate dinner at their restaurant the first and second day. Both times a disappointment. The meat was low quality and you were just waiting for some plastic to squeak between your teeth. The breakfast was pretty good though. We had "free" breakfast, which meant we could choose 1 item on the menu card, so usually, we had either an omelette with bacon or some toast with "Nutella" (eurocream). The second day we were asked what we wanted to drink and the waiter listed some options. We ended up going with some cola and juice. The next day, the manager walks up to us and tells us we have to pay for all that. Only water, tea and coffee were included in the breakfast. Something we weren't told about before that. The last day we had some of their more expensive meat. This was almost the best meat we had on our entire vacation. Perfectly prepared! Tasted extremely well.
Next up is a complaint about the staff. One day we wanted to go to Gardos, so we had the receptionist call a taxi for us. However, the taxi was apparently the receptionist's friend (no taxi sign or license). She was nice enough to charge us 3x the normal price. We could drive to Belgrade (15 km away) for 1200 dinars with a real taxi, while she wanted 1400 dinars for 5 km. What a scam! If you go here, make sure to specify you want a REAL taxi.
