My worst experience of living in my entire life

Terrible experience! First of all, difficult to make contact with the accommodation. Rarely responds to emails. The phone number provided at the time of booking did not work. The entrance is in the same staircase as a hostel but there is no sign to this accommodation. The stairwell smells like cat piss. The apartment was very dirty but worst of all was the bed. The missing mattress topper and sheets. The cushion covers were dirty and full of hair. There was a duvet which I think was clean + a small and a large towel. There was no bed linen for the sofa bed. The sofa bed was dirty and on it was a blanket. We were supposed to sleep two people here. When I got there, there was nowhere to sit because everything was so dirty, the bed, the couch, and the armchair, so I took my luggage and went. Booked another hotel. Would rather sleep on the street than in the dirty bed
