Very sneaky property owner...
Two days before going to Sokobanja, we booked a 2-bad room at this property over Booking.com. Immediately, we received an email with all instructions regarding pre-payment in order to secure the reservation. As it stated we have 7 days to pay, and our trip was supposed take place in only 2 days, we contacted the owner Snezana Milivojevic to see if we should proceed with pre-payment. She told us that she will let us know by the end of the day, and if she does not call us, everything is fine and we can come and will have a room.
As she did not call, we took our trip, thinking that everything is fine, only to find out, once we already were in Sokobanja, that she cannot give us the room as some other people have booked it, I assume for a longer period of time.
So, I guess, our Booking.com reservation was not good enough with this establishment. She told us she will try to help us and will let us know by phone or SMS, but not call was made back and no SMS was received.
Very unprofessional, very disrespectful towards us - guests, as well as Booking.com services.
So, be careful with this establishment and especially the owner as she turned out to be very sneaky, rood, lying and overall insolent.
