Everything about the experience was outstanding. The apartments are clean, comfortable, well organized, and located in a very central part of the city, which makes the stay extremely convenient. The price is also more than fair considering the level of quality and service provided.
What impressed me the most was the attitude toward guests. The staff are genuinely kind and professional, and the owner himself is available **24/7**, which is something you rarely see even in major international hotel chains. I say this very sincerely: a colleague of mine extended his stay and called around **23:00 to ask for the Wi-Fi password**, and the owner responded immediately and kindly. That level of attention to guests says everything.
If I had to mention just one small suggestion, it would be that the **room photos could be a little more precise depending on the specific apartment**, simply to match expectations even better. But even with that minor detail, the overall experience remains exceptional.
Frankly, **Kristall Apartments Premium in Šabac is better than many “top” hotels around the world**. Some larger hotel brands could genuinely benefit from taking an accelerated course here on how hospitality should actually work when guest satisfaction truly comes first.
