⚠️ WARNING: BED BUG INFESTATION!!! ⚠️
The rooms are infested with bed bugs. And judging by what we found, this is clearly not the first time. The rooms had obviously been cleaned because there were dead bed bugs lying everywhere — but we also found live bed bugs all over the place.
They were in the bed, in the corners of the rooms, on the walls, in the bathroom, and even in the hallway.
I immediately reported the problem to reception. They already knew about the infestation, yet they still gave us this filthy, infested room. Apparently, the manager is on vacation, and despite everything, we are being told that we will not receive a refund for the three nights.
This is absolutely outrageous. How can a hotel knowingly give guests an infested room and then refuse to take responsibility for it? Completely unacceptable, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional.
Stay away from this place if you value your health and peace of mind!

There were cockroaches in the hotel room. They were even dead on the bath towels and hand towels. The hotel did not respond to feedback and did not clean the room promptly. A terrible stay.

I lucked out finding this location. I had no idea where I was booking so just booked some place downtown. I didnt realize it was on the nicest neighborhoods in serbia. The apartment had a very classy feel to it. Unfortunately the toilet situation wasn't up to par (my suite couldn't flush toilet paper anyways) But I thought it was good value anyways.

Room was ok, nothing special. The first day we stayed we weren’t able to reach a receptionist. No one came to clean our room. We wanted to ask if we could do a late checkout but weren’t able to reach anyone. On the day we were supposed to leave we finally got a hold of a receptionist who helped us out with a late checkout and also ordered us a taxi to the airport. The view and area of the hotel was nice. There was also no elevator
