Excellent hotel and very friendly owner.

In March 2026, my parents stayed at this hotel. Below, I post their review (in Russian). I will add that Andrej (the hotel owner) was very friendly, helpful, and responsive in my own communication with him, and that he helped my parents a lot during their stay.
In March 2026, my husband and I stayed for two nights at the Iva Old Town Hotel in Belgrade, which we really liked. The hotel is located in the Old Town, clean, tidy, after fresh renovation. Has comfortable rooms with sufficient furniture and comfortable beds. Airport-hotel-airport taxis were booked through the hotel. Everything was implemented in a clear and timely manner. Hotel owner Andrew helped us a lot by checking us in for the right flight. He speaks very good Russian, which was important to us. Recommended for accommodation.

A great place in the city center.

A cozy place with a wonderful large bathtub and sauna, very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Best Host in town

Absolutely recommended! The host is simply the best—super friendly, helpful, and attentive. You feel welcome right away. The room was great, clean, and cozy. They made everything happen that was important to me! I will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Iva Old Town Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with anything I needed. Thank you for your outstanding service, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
