Excellent!
Fabulous stay in this 5* resort. Wonderfully welcoming and attentive staff from the recreation team (Frank, Bernard, Melton, Roddy, Johanes, Luciano and the rest of the crew) through to the restaurant and bar staff, buggy drivers and Santu our housekeeper who kept us guessing with his imaginative towel creations! Laura on concierge helped us to organise some spectacular trips to La Digue, Curieuse and Vallée de Mai ( thanks to Doran our excellent guide). Praslin has so many natural wonders to give but this hotel was the icing on the cake! Super staff, super panoramic villa and super stay - thank you!

Unforgettable! Breathtaking! Clean! Luxurious! Worth every penny!
This resort was simply WOW!
The resort itself is gorgeous, pure paradise. Clean clean clean! Food was great! Facilities top notch. Privacy and villa views simply unforgettable. Nature everywhere so peaceful and perfect. I did not see 1 piece of trash anywhere! The beach seemed like it was untouched by humans it is so pure, clean and mesmerizing. The plants and flowers everywhere are just amazing. Feeling of luxury at the highest level. Worth every penny!
Spa treatments superb and The Spa crew especially Grace and Faith gave us rejuvenating and restoring vibes through their magical touches.
We had an unforgettable morning with Tarun for amazing couples Yoga in a perfect view. Tarun brings wonderful and relaxing yoga and breathing techniques with his expert knowledge and kindness.
Lets us not forget the awesome buggy crew who comes at a moments notice and drives you wherever you desire. Always happy. Always smiling. Always kind. Also funny and cool.
The housekeeping crew absolutely fantastic with small touches creating details that are hard to forget. I have never had such professional and outstanding housekeeping service as we had here.
We had a private dinner on the marvelous Lover’s Rock for my husbands birthday it was brilliant, delicious and once in a lifetime experience. The dishes prepared by the Chef were nothing less than excellent! We had a private waiter who accompanied us the entire evening and we even had the honor to meet the Chef himself.
Finally, the host who checked us in at the reception guided and supported us until the last minute of our stay!
We had Yanna. Wow! What an experience she gave us with her constant availability, kindness, politeness, care and personal attention. Having Yanna’s support added great value to the stay at the Raffles. We will not forget her she was simply amazing and really made sure we always felt good.
We will be back for sure ! Next time with the kids.

A Dream with some Irritations
We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and had a mix of experiences. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, though there were some irritations. It seemed as there were two separate organizations that are totally disconnected.
I had already communicated extensively with various staff members before our arrival; everyone was very helpful, all inquiries were answered immediately, and we had already booked a great deal. Although we arrived very early, the room was already available and everything was prepared as discussed.
Except for one phone call in which we were asked to make a reservation for the evening. The lady confirmed that we didn’t have a reservation. I didn’t make a new reservation—we’d already done that in advance. We then went to the agreed-upon restaurant, we had a reservation and everything went as planned.
That evening, we were supposed to stop by the front desk briefly to discuss the menu for the next day’s dinner on the beach. But the next morning, another call came asking us to make a reservation for that evening. "There is definitely no reservation for dinner on the beach" was the message. About two hours later, there was another call—this time to discuss the dinner in detail and reserve a buggy for 7:00 p.m.
At 7:00 p.m., however, there was no buggy there; I ordered one, and it arrived quickly. When asked where I was going, I said to dinner at the beach. The buggy driver said that wasn’t possible, drove past the front desk, and was told that nothing had been planned. On a hunch, he drove to the beach, and lo and behold—everything was set up and went as planned. The buggy driver even suggested we ask our butler… but there wasn’t one.
On the one hand, everything was great; on the other, no one knew anything. There were quite a few of these situations that were consistently very unsettling. This is likely more of a management issue than a problem with individual staff members.
But the truly wonderful experiences definitely outweighed the rest. First and foremost, Aarush, who made our dinner at the beach a memorable experience; Ayush, who took great care of us during our private BBQ at the villa; Herman, who gave us great tips during the cocktail-mixing class; and—absolutely outstanding, one-of-a-kind, and full of passion—Margaret, who shared so many wonderful insights with us during the Rum Experience. Many thanks also to everyone else who isn’t mentioned by name here. You gave us a truly wonderful, pleasant, and relaxing time that we won’t forget anytime soon.
It wouldn’t be right not to highlight the performance of the staff at the “well-run organization,” so 5 stars nonetheless.

Best vacation!
We had a rest with our family in this wonderful place! Villa 290 is quite high, but thanks to the buggy you can get there without any problems! The villa is gorgeous, with a view of the jungle and the ocean. If you need a quiet, measured rest, this is the best place! Wonderful turtles live in the hotel! The villa is sometimes visited by lizards and birds.
Very kind and helpful staff - any request can be resolved by calling the reception or by personal request. Room cleaning twice a day, the minibar was replenished daily. The impressions are the best! Lunch food on the menu, dinner buffet. You can't stay hungry! Everything is delicious! Many thanks to Simon - met and had a great time! Many thanks to all the buggy drivers!!!! You're awesome!

Holiday in Paradise
We were at Raffles Praslin for 10 days in July, and our stay couldn’t have been better. This was our third time at this special place, and it certainly won’t be the last. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and were escorted to our dream pool villa by our wonderful butler, Jean Marc. He fulfilled every wish during our stay and organized everything perfectly. The entire staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and warm. Whether it’s the butlers, service staff, gardeners, or room service, everyone does their best to make the hotel experience unforgettable. Our children loved the ladies at the Kids Club, who took great care of them. They also had a lot of fun with the buggy drivers and the beach staff. During our stay, renovations were taking place, but they absolutely did not disturb us. The quality and taste of the food in each of the restaurants were excellent. We are already looking forward to our next stay in our island home.
