Bad first impression, but then we changed our minds

Hotel with very nice rooms also equipped with kitchenette. Really good and sought after food. The beach and promenade are a 10-minute walk away. At first glance it does not look very good because the entrance is inside a courtyard and the receptionist is not really the best. Another downside if you happen to find the room on the ground floor you are practically on the parking lot. Very good instead rooms and restaurant. There is also a small swimming pool. Overall good.

Cozy small hotel with apartments

Excellent cozy hotel in a quiet area close to Victoria city centre and Beau Valon beach. Comfortable location and yet cozy and peaceful. Birds sing outside and a wonderfully clear river buzzes below. Mountain and green views. You can see the ocean in the distance. Room furnishings in a calm graceful style. The room is spacious, with a small kitchenette - kettle, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster.
Large double bed and convertible sofa. Shower room with toilet. Very clean and calm. The views are wonderful from the balcony. The pool is small on the roof, it's the 4th floor of the hotel. You can get breakfast for extra money.

Great stay in a new place in Beau-Vallon close to the beach

We stayed for a week in this new place, which is similar to an apart-hotel, which has been open for 4 months. Beautiful building, clean and very functional.
We were very well received, everyone was very cheerful and helpful. We are well looked after, as soon as we have questions or requests they answer them or find solutions. We feel like family.
The accommodation is spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining table, bed with large TV and Wifi, sofa, wardrobe and enough storage, bathroom, with Italian walk-in shower and WC, as well as a space balcony. We asked to change floors so as not to be directly in the parking lot.
We had breakfast (buffet) which is on the roofs, with attentive staff. We recommend the omelette.
There is a small swimming pool on the roof, with a nice view. There are a few deck chairs and a shower. The swimming pool is not very large, but is more than enough for a few swims, because let's remember there is a superb beach less than 5 minutes away. It was nice because we were able to enjoy it as a couple.
Less than 5 minutes on foot, you arrive at the beautiful Beau-Vallon beach, with all amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.).
We can only recommend this place. It gives you complete freedom, like going to a restaurant or going shopping to make a small meal and eat on the balcony.
A very nice experience. We wish a great and long adventure to the owner who was very kind.

Great new hotel

Excellent, brand new hotel! The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. There were 2 sofas for two children. The room has a kitchen with all necessary equipment and utensils. The hotel offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. We cooked ourselves, since the kitchen was provided with everything. Cleaning was done daily. Water and tea/coffee were replenished regularly, although this is only required upon check-in. Minor problems were resolved promptly. I especially liked the rooftop pool, which has a jacuzzi, a bar counter and chairs, and a music speaker. We spent a lot of evening time in this pool. The beach is 10 minutes walk. 3 minutes to shops. Teiki is still nearby. Bus stop near the hotel. I recommend Lakaz kreol for relaxation and thank you very much to the staff for their hospitality.
