Except swimming in the sea - everything is super

The only downside is the beach with the rays. In March (maybe not just March, but I won't check anymore), they like to bask by the shore. They can sting if they step on it. When you walk slowly and scramble around the bottom, they're fuzzy.
The hotel itself, I would describe "Visiting Grandma," in a good way. The building is old, but very well maintained. It's all authentic. In the country.
We rented a car from them. And we rode to the park and Anse-Lasio beach. Lived two nights. Came with a kid for two and a half years.
The staff is the best we've ever met in all of Seychelles. Unlike other hotels (we stayed in different ones on Mahé), it feels welcome.
Delicious breakfasts. Nice little territory. It's well maintained. Careful. It's nice.
In walking distance shops, bank, pizza place.

Perfect stay!

From the reception to the comfort of the room, everything lived up to our expectations. Breakfast served at the table and hearty. Friendly staff. Hotel well placed to eat outside even without means of transport. It is also easy to rent vehicles with delivery and pick-up directly from the hotel parking lot.

A good stay

We stayed there 3 nights and it was a good experience.
Pros: clean, spacious room, comfortable double bed, refrigerator, air conditioning, safe, kettle and freeze-dried coffee, lounge close to the pool, pool/beach towels without deposit, free WiFi, full breakfast (fruit juice, fresh fruit, hot drinks, different homemade pastry every day, scrambled eggs, hard or omelet, toast, butter and jam), bus station in front of the hotel, car rental directly via the hotel, village of Grande Anse with groceries, enough to eat, bank, pharmacy... 10 minutes walk. The team is welcoming, smiling and friendly. The hotel is charming, the garden is pretty and it is mostly very quiet, we enjoyed. The negatives: impossible to swim in front of the hotel, shallow, presence of rays, cloudy water. The pool water although maintained every morning is quickly cloudy too but it still feels good after a day of visiting. The shower room would need a renovation, shower without wall or curtain, difficulty adjusting the temperature, taps difficult to turn off, 1 more towel per person would be welcome. In summary, there are many more positives than negatives. We are satisfied and thank you to the whole team.

Clean room, lovely staff, stunning beach view, tasty breakfast, giant beds and aircon - what do you need more? The only small thing was that the pressure in the toilet was not top-notch, so we had to flush multiple times to get rid of a small piece of toilet paper. But this was a super minor „inconvenience“, which was masked by all the positive things we had there! Would definitely recommended and visit again!
