Great solution for Praslin
Apartment a bit spartan by Seychelles standards, but decidedly spacious and clean, just off the main road.
Value for money TOP.
The living room is large and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. There is also a large laundry room in the back, where you can hang clothes. Our apartment also had an interior room where to put the drying rack in case of rain. An added value is definitely the washing machine, quick and really functional, and the kindness and helpfulness of the managers, who always met our requests, organizing in a perfect way also the excursion to Curieuse Island and to St Pierre, always present in a discreet way (I wrote messages on messages to Stephanie without ever meeting her in person).

very noisy air conditioning in the night
only one towel for the body and a very small one for the face to head, never replaced in 4 days, a little for a beach stay
confirmed the report made in other reviews of neighbors a little noisy, both in the morning and late at night
A supermarket is practically across the street, as well as a takeaway, but during our stay it was only open for a few hours a day, so we could not try it.
Staying here the car is necessary

Excellent stay at Roche Kerlan Apartments. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation in a quiet, convenient location. Very welcoming and responsive host. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

We stayed 9 nights at Roche Kerlan appartments and everything was so easy with Stéphanie, John and Selwyn ( who is also a great and modest cook !)
The appartement was large , comfortable and extremely clean ! Close to a nice beach within 1 minute walk , at the end if the sandy path that leads to the house .
The 4 appartements are all ground floor and there is Space to park a car next to each .
Everyone is very helpful and friendly, like a family for their guests , whatever you need will find a clear and Quick response !
There are small local shops within a few minutes walk ( food , rum, clothes, souvenirs and gifts , restaurants and a nice take away etc…) but the apartments are close and far enough at the same time of all facilities ( that are all local only and very discreet ) to feel like a local ourselves :)

We really loved the place..it was clean..tidy…homely….stephanie and her partner are very welcoming ,responsive,attentive and nice…not a single negative thing..❤️

PERFECT :)
We were two families, each in an apartment with a veranda. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need, the location is wonderful both as a starting point for visiting the different beaches of the island (we had a car) but also for a couple of small solitary beaches two hundred meters away where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets. There are also several grocery stores nearby. But what made our stay exceptional, really, was Selwyn, who manages the property: he pampered us with dinners, gave us excellent advice and told us a lot of things about the island. If we were to return I think we wouldn't hesitate to book here again, thank you for making our holiday wonderful!
