We stayed at this hotel as part of our honeymoon,
We loved this hotel. Best views we had seen, the rooms were perfect the bath on the balcony was a really special touch.
The restaurant was beautiful, great food, views and friendly staff that we chatted to for ages.
Would recommend this hotel, recommend car higher as it’s up the mountains.
We look forward at returning one day in the future.

Incredible

Villa Kiki is a special place, when you arrive you will be sure you arrived in a place full of care and affection and attention to the smallest details. The view is amazing and breathtaking, super complete breakfast and with good options and everything very well prepared. The Internet signal is excellent inside the rooms and throughout the hotel. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a big smile and a lot of affection by Mrs Clemence and her staff. We feel cared for and loved in this place. The decoration is beautiful and the cleanliness excellent. On the eve of our departure we received a snack in our room with sandwiches, yogurt and croissant pq we would not have breakfast, but the staff cared to ensure we had a good experience. We lived beautiful days in Seychelles and Villa Kiki was part of them. Thank you very much. Vcs are amazing. Congratulations!!!

Quiet with a beautiful sea view

Very well received by the host. Very nice apartment with great sea views. Hearty breakfast and very good. Very nice swimming pool and you can reach the beach below by a small path quite steep. Only flat enough isolated if in the evening you want to dine in a restaurant you need a car. For all the rest nothing wrong.

Amazing litte gem in the hills

Amazing litte hotel owerlooking the ocean! The rooms are clean and functional and with a breathtaking view. The staff where super friendly and service minded. Thay helped us a lot by recommending restaurants and gave us tips on what to see during our week.

Overpriced. Small rooms.

Well...for 300 USD per nighf it was a bit of rip off. Surprised at their high ratings.
The stuff is polite and is trying to deliver good service. The views are nice as it is perched on the side of the steep hill.
But it does not compensate for other minuses. The room was small 30 sq m (maybe less). Overall the facilities look and feel 3 star hotel at best. No kitchen or any cooking corner in the room. Tiny refrigerator. Inconvenient design of the room (!!!) - the door to the bathroom is sliding and is not closing tight and in addition the bathroom has a see trough door looking on the balcony - it leaves very little privacy, so all personal things are visible and can be heard. The bath is mounted on a balcony - it makes little practical use.
The hotel gives you one card and tries to switch off electricity the moment you leave. The aircon is weak, just barely works. The furniture, likeness and towels - have a feel of well used. Breakfasts - nothing to write home about. It is time to replace the bowl with overcooked sausages, nobody ever eats.
At 30-50% lower price, it would have been more adequate offering. Stayed at other places in Seychelles like Hilton Canopy and Pineapple Villas and so could compare.
