We regret to learn that certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. While we are pleased to hear that you found the room satisfactory, we are sorry to learn about the condition of the gym and the unpleasant odour you encountered. This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for immediate attention.
We are also concerned to hear that you were bitten by red ants while using the outdoor swimming pool area. Please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort caused. A plus point of this room is the water filter installed for guests convenience. Complimentary snacks and drinks at mini bar.
Room not soundproof and can hear noises from the neighboring pipes and corridor.
Having said that, it was pleasant to wake up to various types of birds chipping.

Family memories with Amara Sanctuary Sentosa Tearoom restaurant
The food was delicious, the ambiance was excellent, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Katherine for her warm hospitality, friendly attitude, and attentive service throughout our visit. She made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended restaurant, and we will definitely visit again!
