The hotel location is very close to Little India for variety of Indian foods although hotel also serves Indian food at Salt & Pepper restaurant on level-1 of the hotel. It has all the amenities which is required to make our stay pleasant. Value for money hotel.

Gym is a key amenity for me. The room was dirty and chronically wet. The rooms are the smallest I have ever encountered. If you are a single person or used to living in tiny spaces, the hotel is well located.

Great location, but very small rooms
We stayed at Hotel Boss as a family of 4, using two rooms. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the location. It’s centrally located, with MRT and bus stops within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Getting around Singapore from here is very convenient.
The hotel is very busy and crowded, especially the lobby, so don’t expect a quiet or relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are quite small and could definitely be bigger. The beds are only double-sized, and with the room size being limited, the space can feel a little cramped. The bathrooms are also on the smaller side.
On the positive side, the swimming pool is surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, I’d say Hotel Boss is a good choice if you’re planning to spend most of your day exploring Singapore and only return to the hotel at night to sleep. The location and transport connections make it very convenient. However, if you’re looking for spacious rooms or want to spend a lot of time relaxing at the hotel, you may want to consider other options.
Overall: Good location and convenient for sightseeing, but expect small rooms and a very busy hotel.

The hotel has a nice location and the room was average at best. But oh my god the dreadful lack of noise insulation makes sleeping there a nightmare. The sound of the pipes/plumbing, IT IS SO LOUD!! When someone in the room next to yours either flushes, showers or uses the sink, you will hear it insanely loud. So much that it woke me up multiple times (and I’m a heavy sleeper).

It was for a visiting friend. Room was comfortable and clean. Especially the bathroom. But something happened that worried her. On Sunday someone kept ringing the doorbell in the middle of the afternoon even after she shouted loudly that she was sleeping. 5~6 times for a couple of minutes. Was it housekeeping? That unsettled her for the rest of her stay. Said she had to keep the chair pushed against the door until she checked out. Does other guests have similar experience?
