Best value hotel

Best value for money, room was clean and adequate. Loved the towels which are not oversized like most hotel ‘s and the duvet which was not overly thick, making it comfortable to sleep. Location is excellent.

Okay but not the greatest

Location was great, cleanliness of room was not. This was not our hair and it was in our bathroom from the day we checked in, to when we checked out

Price-performance ratio ok

Price/performance ratio and location ok. I was in Singapore on business, quite last minute, so there were not many hotels left in an acceptable price range. The Grand Central is ok, location also near the metro, numerous restaurants and shops nearby. Room quite small, bathroom as well, getting out of the bathtub/shower is tricky because it is very high and the opening to get out is narrow, but doable. Drinking water dispenser in the room including hot water, plus a Nespresso machine.
Some furniture is new, other pieces are showing their age. It smelled unpleasant in the bathroom. Fortunately, not in the room. Breakfast was mixed, but sufficient for a coffee in the morning along with some toast / pastry. Selection of Asian dishes was also small. I was not able to test the gym and pool.

Very poor

Terrible old mess bad breakfast people are all sitting on their phones a lot of noise in the room of the hallway air conditioning works for nothing

A nice hotel with Ana excellent location to bus stops, MRT and shopping centres (including many food options).
The roof/pool area was looking a little tired and the rooms were a little on the small side (Twin Deluxe) but I temper this by saying we spent our days sightseeing so we really only slept at the hotel so the smaller size was easily tolerated.
