the lobby was nice but that was it. the room smelled of bug spray when we arrived. Nowhere to put a suitcase or hang clothes. the bathroom was worn out, the towels had holes in them. The bed was very hard.
This was the third hotel we stayed at in singapore, who sets the stars? This was max 2 stars. Both gran central and chancelloratorchid was better, same price and stars.

There was a cockroach in the room and we left in the middle of the night. Was at first denied a refund until we insisted.
