Outstanding Service

Just want to commend Ms Janice Chan for her excellent service during breakfast at Edge (Pan Pacific) . She was friendly, efficient, proactive and made sure everything was just right. Please pass on our appreciation to her. 5 stars for her!

Lovely buffer dinner at Edge

We had a lovely buffet dinner at Edge. We’ve visited several times and have always met such nice and attentive staff there.
This time, Shasha took care of our table, and she was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
We had a great evening and would definitely love to come back again! :)

Wonderful dinner! 5 stars review for service staff Mero, Edge.

It was my birthday dinner, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, largely thanks to Mero!
From the second we sat down, Mero brought the most amazing warmth and friendly energy to our table. He made me feel so special as the birthday girl without ever making things feel forced or rushed. He was incredibly attentive, kept the vibes high, and made sure every single detail of our night was seamless. His genuine smile and thoughtful recommendations made our dinner feel less like just eating out and more like a true celebration with family.
Mero truly turned a simple dinner into such a memorable, cozy night. If you’re dining here, ask for Mero—he is absolute perfection! Thank you for making my birthday so wonderful! ☺️

Happy dinner

The waiter(Meor) was very nice. When he knew that it was my mother birthday,he wished her happy birthday sincerely.he also had friendly ocaasional talks with my father!personally I think he is the best waiter at EDGE.

Happy with the dining experience

Great variety of delicious food, and the ambience was good. Service was prompt and friendly, Meor did a fantastic job making us feel comfortable. There was even a surprise birthday cake.
