We really enjoyed our 6-day stay in SG! Thank you, Penta Hotel. Our rooms were clean, as was the bathroom. The location is top-notch. It's nearby the MRT station, hospital, and beside it, there's a pharmacy. Across the street, you have the smoking area! It's also just a few minutes' walk to City Square Mall and Mustafa. Everything was so convenient, and if we go back to SG again, we'll certainly book Penta Hotel again! The staff were very friendly and hospitable too!

Infested with Cockroaches

I would not recommend this hotel at all. The property is very old and poorly maintained. The bed sheets were worn thin from excessive washing and even had visible holes, and the edges of the mattress were dirty. Most importantly, the room was infested with cockroaches.
After arriving from Australia, we dropped off our luggage and went out, but when we returned in the evening, we found cockroaches everywhere — on the bed, walls, and carpet.
The high humidity may be a contributing factor, but that is not the guest’s responsibility. At the very least, I expect a hotel room to be clean. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even the basic standards.

Everything was incredibly convenient!
