Great room. Okay service. Hotel room had a stench. Inconvenient location.
the room was very clean and spacious. we loved the room and service. bed was very comfortable and bathroom was great. the only issue we had was the smell. it smelled kind of old and the bathroom had this stench i cant describe. but overall the room was very nice! The place of the hotel is pretty far from all the shops, restaurants, etc. . There were no other inconvenience such as noise, service, and more other than the smell. We had the breakfast package and when we ate breakfast, the food was OK. The milk tasted watered down and the yuzu also tasted watered down. While we were eating, somehow there was a small fire that started. We dont know how it started, but it took pretty long for it to be burned out which left us small time to eat. The location of the hotel is not that convenient though. It is located pretty far from all the shops, restaurants, and more. If we had stayed longer, we would have to use a taxi to get around all the time which is a waste of money seeing that we could just walk but it would take at least 10 minutes to get out of the property and another 5 minutes to reach all the shops. Overall, this hotel has great rooms, ok service, would reccomend if people have a tight wallet to spend.

Great Stay in Singapore – Comfortable, Spacious & Convenient!
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. I also appreciated the convenient transportation options, with bus stops nearby and easy access to Orchard Road. The hotel offers a calm atmosphere while still being close to shopping, dining, and other attractions.
