stay and ski - and return again
This pleasant little hotel 3km away from the resort Ski Makov is truly worth a stay if you like skiing or mountain walks around the Czech - Slovak borders. We spent two winter holidays here, both times very satisfied. The middle-to-low cost of accommodation is absolutely priceworthy.
Located deep in a valley with some noise from the road - but this was not too disturbing. Rooms and bathrooms OK. You cook yourselves in a nice kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful, at some times off, but always at phone. We liked the family bubble bathtube. The ski resort itself has a fine downhill ski track almost 1,5km in length. Excellent value - 10Eur for adult per day.
