Perfect!

A friend of mine from Bratislava told me about this hotel so we decided to go and try it :) We went there two families and had a great time. The hotel was very nice, the staff friendly and helpfull, the food delicious. We went for a horse riding and also tried paintball, it was just cooll :) And of course the surrounding....incredible, this cute hotel is in the woods, we had a stunning wiew from our room with the balcony, of course :) I loved it :) You just can´t miss it :)

Very bad experience

I am sad to tell, that I was disappointed with the service. I asked 1000 times for food, drink, once the waitress came, she did bring something different or totally something else ☹ The surrounding, nature, weather is amazing, the hotel is a bit older, but still ok, only the service was not satisfactory at all…

Very bad experience!

The food was very bad, the room was dirty, also the towels were not clean and ŵ found a lot of hear everywhere! We had two nights included in the offer, but we sayed only one, we couldn't survive more.

Terrible experience

We were supposed to stay 2 nights (Fri-Sun), however, we stayed only one night as the service was terrible, food was not properly cooked, spa was not working. I believe rooms were not renovated since the hotel was built. Cleanliness was under average. Not worth value for money. The only positives were the nice view, free wi-fi and parking.

Perfect

Perfect friendly staff, well skilled. Fine hotel restaurant with delicious food. Hotel manager really cares to meet all your requests. Professional masseur. Indoor pool, sauna, whirpool. Great panoramatic view on the forest. Fine price.
