The heating was not working and it was uncomfortably cold, reported the issue and it was still not fixed the following day.
The bed was also very uncomfortable and they struggled to speak English so it was quite difficult to communicate even during simple check in.

Ok for travellers

Literally on the road right after Ruzomberok towards Poprad. There is a small Ranch outside the (hotel) restaurant. Children like to see the horses and feed them. We had a soup (I had Kapusnica and it was ok but I have had better). My wife got a nice salad and I had Bryndzove Halusky. I was not impressed by the halusky as I couldn’t really feel the taste of Bryndza. Final point just to mention, I ordered kofola and they only had sofo cola. (it was not bad but not classic kofola)

Le personnel était agréable mais la chambre n'était pas dans un bon état. Les draps étaient limites sales, la salle de bains était dans un état pitoyable. Et il n'y a aucune possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner alors que le site Internet le proposait.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Motel. Für eine Nacht ok? Nicht preiswert sondern billig.
