Convenient and comfortable, would stay here again
If you want to explore the south side of the Tatra mountains it is a convenient place to stay, as there is a regular (mountain) train up to Strbske Pleso (lake area), as well as a bus service to Poprad. Stops within walking distance. Alternatively you can hike up (blue trail).
The apartment is modern and comfortable with excellent facilities such as hot shower (with bath!), WiFI and a well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable and the place was clean. The staff person online was friendly and helpful.
Remote controlled management is not my preference (there is no one on or near the site), but probably more cost effective (compared to the Polish Tatra, accommodation in the area is expensive, especially if you are just one person travelling with public transportation).
The location in a new neighbourhood of Tatranska Strba with many five-storey-high apartmentblocks is not exactly cosy.
Ensure you have viewed the instruction video on how ro get in (on their website) and make it available offline. I did not and it took me quite some time to apply the different codes and get in. Make sure you have light in case you arrive after dark.
