Brilliant accommodation and service

This was our base for a few days hiking in Fatra. Top quality accommodation, fantastic food (especially brekky) and really helpful team. Pretty much the best place I have stayed in any mountain area. Can't recommend it enough.

Excellent stay

Very nice purpose-built 'boutique' pension; we had a fairly small room, but comfortable, warm, and well equipped, with a lot of nice, thoughtful touches, both in the room and elsewhere (like an outside sink for cleaning boots, and indoor bootwarmers!). Obliging and helpful hosts. Handy for the "Janosikove Diery" yellow trail, which starts right outside the door. Decent breakfast, if perhaps a little bit pricey by Slovak standards.

Perfet spot to Stay for a SKI WEEKEND

This is the perfect place to stay for a a quick ski trip weekend, it is very close to the slopes. The staff are excellent and the rooms are very nice. There is a restaurant on site, they have an outdoor sauna and a new indoor spa with a hot tub. They offer free wifi for all of the guest. I can not wait to go back.

Fabulous Experience

The owners serve food+drink to the guests only so it has a safe,familiar + warm feel. Perfect for those with children. An English speaker works here so communication was not a problem. Excellent food,

Good base for hiking

We stayed here last week for 6 nights. Amazing area, great location for a hiking holiday. Andrea and Martin were great hosts, we got quick support even with a locked-in key in the car trunk! Our nice room was in a house 150m away from the main building, newly and properly renovated, with a well equipped kitchenette. We were very grateful for the steel boot wash and for the electric boot warmer at the entrance!! I recommend the cosy breakfast, I even got to know the band "Needtobreathe" there :) We tasted the home-made bean soup and halusky for dinner, they were nice and the portions were big. I liked this place!
