A perfect Slovenian wine and dine experience

A perfect hillside winery with great rooms, a beautiful view and a fantastic restaurant. Also great hosts and knowledgeable about the wines

A great Experience in a working winery

Stayed for 2 nights; our room, with a lovely trrrace, overlooked the winery and grape vines !
The room was comfortable and charming!
Thr breakfast was delicious and sll home made!
We had a 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing from champagne to grappa at the end; it was amazingly delicious and very reasonably priced! The staff is warm, friendly, and attentive! We dven met the owner/ winemaker and chatted with him!
Overall, a most memorable experience!
Oh and the wines are exceptional; we bought a case to take home!

A perfect stay

Our itinerary only permitted us a single night's stay Kabaj but the wonderful Michelin standard meal and incredible Orange wine made it a sojourn to remember.
Add to that the lovely view of the vineyards from our balcony and Tina's attnetion to detail and notes on Kabaj's wine, spirits and food, it would be impossible for us to find any fault with our experience.
Kabaj comes highly recommended and we really hope to return one day soon.

Wonderful stay - amazing wine

We stayed at Kabaj and had an absolute wonderful experience. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed their delicious 5 course menu one of the nights.
Their wine is even more delicious and we bought home a couple of bottles.

Loved it. Awesome wine!

Great place with good food and even better wine. Friendly characters and a nice spot to visit the whole Colio region. We loved our stay the wine was awesome, there's a huge wine cellar right beneath the house. Will be back! ;) :)
