The staff were especially helpful in storing some medicine for us and they made a special vegan tofu dish for us at breakfast. Great service.

The hotel is in the most beautiful setting and on paper is stunning however the staff really let it down. The restaurant service was probably the worst we have ever had. No menu for 20mins, no one asking if our food was ok, bringing the wrong food and then being ignored by staff for the rest of it. The other staff in the hotel didn’t really seem to care we were staying with them, no care or feeling which is such a shame because it could be the perfect hotel. Our room was lovely but again seemed like the cleaning staff rushed and didn’t really bother with the room. Red stains on the rugs, lots of dust and hair in the bathroom. I think maybe the hotel has been open for a few years now and had great reviews throughout so the staff have got a bit complacent. Really disappointing

We learned this was a brand new hotel that just opened 6-7 years ago. It was so clean and lovely and the breakfast was outstanding. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Bohinj or even off the beaten path of Bled.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Spa services are excellent, I highly recommend you book a massage during your stay. The outdoor pool with the view of the Julien alps was the incredible. Also within a short walk to town or to various outdoor activities. Highly recommend.

The hotel was an excellent place to stay. It is very close to Lake Bohinj. It is a great facility, very clean and well kept. The spa service was terrific and the amenities were plentiful. Lake Bohinj was a great choice to stay at, it is only 30 minutes from Lake Bled and much less tourists. It is a great place to stay and make that your home base for day trips. The breakfast was amazing each day and the food was great along with the service.
