Don't make my mistake and stay away from such a place!

I happened to be in the worst “hotel” of my life. I booked in a hurry because I had to return to Italy for an emergency. The room is shabby. Small with no furniture removed the two beds, a bedside table and a 40 cm wide micro wardrobe. Peeling walls, dirt everywhere. Tiny bathroom without window and without soap. Broken shower and vacuum cleaner not working. Only one light switch next to the door so you go to bed with the light off. Bad entrance door not closing properly. Breakfast that to call poor and bad is an understatement. The location is in an industrial peripheral area and the rooms that incidentally look like mini prefabs overlook the courtyard of a car dealership. Just one piece of advice: stay away from such a bad place

Disgusting and filthy, a place to escape from.

Reception area with a bar for breakfast is filthy, with an ashtray full of cigarette butts, old bread, and very little food to eat. The staff are unmotivated, with their feet on the coffee table and cigarettes always in their mouths, perhaps not adequately paid, but that does not justify their behavior. Never again in that horrible place.

It's creepy.

Booked because it was the only one available, the photos proposed by Booking do not reflect reality.
Poor hotel, more motel than hotel with many small rooms with windowless facilities.
It's creepy.
The only positive note the room is the bathroom were clean (the faucet quite peeling).
I would never come back.

Camper service was unusable

The hotel offers a campsite, but the reception was not staffed during the day. There was also no indication of check-in and availability of offers. The pitch area was equipped with a barrier chain, which is why we did not visit the Capital of Culture.

Dog-firendly, small rooms, poor breakfast, polite staff

We stayed here for DogShow and were very surprised about:
- very friendly, mulitingual and polite staff, who helped whnever they could
- dogs are wellcome and can go for walkaround nearby
- rooms are very clean
- free parking area
What we missed/ some negative impressions:
- owner and management tries to save whereever they can
- poor breakfast
- poor bathroom utiliites
- too often washed towels
