Good structure, pleasant stay
I stayed at this property 1 night in April.
L 'access to the structure was easy, as per instructions received by email from the owner. The house outside is a bit 'old and poorly maintained, as well as the parking space that on rainy days create large pools of water.
The owner showed up at the time indicated by message, and let us access apartment 1 on the first floor.
The apartment is a very large room characterized by many details of furniture, there is a double bed and a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a kitchenette.
The only defect I can point out is the absence of a sink in the bathroom, you have to use the sink in the dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with induction plate, kettle.
The room was equipped with towels and hairdryer.
Great wi-fi
A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, as is the train station.
Ljubljana city centre is a 10-minute walk away.
I confirm that the payment of the tourist tax is in cash.
The stay at the property was pleasant, very good for quality price for visiting the city and surroundings.
We were lucky enough to see another apartment for 4 people, inside the building, managed by the same owner, very nice.

To run away.
The sheets and duvet were dirty, the towels smelled terrible, chairs with old and dirty cushions, plates with food remains, the floor stuck, the curtains like everything else, total horror. The parking lot, next to a wall that It was literally falling apart.

Affordable stay near train station
Easy and hassle-free access to the room, thanks to the nice detailed description from the host, everything worked super smoothly. The house looks a bit old and worn down from the outside, but my room, orange one, was fine and I liked the interior design, it was perfect for 2 nights, nothing fancy. It's not located in the very center of the town, but as it is pretty small, there is no big distances by walking anyway, train station is also just a short walk away.

BEWARE THE €25 EURO CLEANING CHARGE!
My fault for not scrolling down and noticing the extra €25 and €6 local tax paid cash at the property, which nearly doubles the cost of the room. Owner is very helpful, no doubt because he has a hand in your pocket extracting Euros. The best feature is that it's 5 min. walk to the train station. Building seems to be an abandoned project in the artists quarter renovated to a bunch of rooms. A lockbox is accessed for the keys. Room is best described as funky bohemium, which may or may not suit your taste (some other rooms were occupied by backpackers). Not the cleanest rooms we have stayed at. Kitchen had spare supplies left over, a bonus if you plan to cook some meals. Best suited for a longer stay to spread out the cleaning charge. In fact the room was not the cleanest, by far, which makes the cleaning by the owner even a more ridiculous charge.

Guest house tan çıkma bir yer, odada TV, sineklik yok, yani gece şöyle bacaklarınızı uzatıp rahat edemezsiniz sadece uyumak için ve arabanızı park etmek için kullanabileceğiniz bir yer. Masa ve yatak eski kapılardan derme çatma yapılmış, tuvalet ve banyo rezalet. Gittiğimde şok geçirdim, 6 saatlik bir araç kullanıp vardığımda bir duş alıp dinlenmek isterdim ama maalesef bunu yapamadım. Yan odada gençler toplu olarak kalıyordu yaptıkları yemek olduğu gibi bizim odamıza gelmişti, eşim ile kendimizi zor dışarı attık ve gece geç vakite kadar dışarda takılıp sadece uyumak için geldiğimizde sabaha kadar sivrisinekler ile mücade ettik. erkenden kalkıp zagrebe doğru yola çıktık, maalesef bu yer yüzünden Ljubljana'yı istediğimiz gibi gezemedik. kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
