New Year in Piran

B&B BEAUTIFUL, in the historic center a few steps from Piazza Tartini. We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. We were greeted by Mika, very kind and nice guy who also advised us what to do and where to eat in Piran. Il Memento is located in a historic building of 1800 recently restored, the rooms are beautiful, spacious and spotless, we had a family with mezzanine. A gem underfloor heating in the bathroom. TOP breakfast served in a bakery they own a few meters from the property. Quality products, both sweet and savory local and an à la carte menu with a bit of hot dishes. In the B & B there is then a room where you can consume H24 a hot drink and some snacks. What about we spent a wonderful New Year in Piran thanks also to Memento. Absolutely recommended

Short trip.

A nice little hotel in the middle of Piran. Very clean, cozy, and modern in an old house. Has a lot of charm. Very nice service, free cafe and snacks in the lounge.

Chic, but where to hang the towels?

Pros: clean, gracious and helpful staff, water pressure and hot water, linens, roof deck, 24 hour snacks. Nice restoration. Nice location just off main square.
Cons: not a single hook or towel rack in the bathroom, small rooms.

Lovely hotel in a magical town

Memento is a gorgeously remodeled bnb in the heart of old Piran, just off the plaza. We loved our stay there- spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and pillows, delicious breakfast (at their bakery, so 2-min walk away), and warm hospitality. In fact, shout out to Karmen, who was so friendly and helpful - we had 6 bikes and she found us a spot, and even helped us with our AC after hours. Can’t recommend this lovely hotel enough!
