Отличный отель с хорошим обслуживанием!

Отель на окраине Птуя. Очень хорошее обслуживание, приятный персонал, заселение прошло очень быстро. Единственным неприятным моментом был очень холодный номер, батареи чуть тёплые. Есть автомат с кофе, чаем и другими напитками так что если даже вы рано уезжаете, без напитков не останетесь.

Unprofessional

We have just booked, and through e-mails they are absolutely disgusting and unprofessional!
Can't even imagine how is going to be there, if they are showing no respect or kindness.
As a customer I have a right to say if I am bothered by something, or should I just pay you and keep my mouth shout to make you happy?!
Would be a dream, right? Well, if I pay, I demand!
Disrespectful an totally unprofessional from a so called "Hotel".
Update: as a present for my parents, I've booked this Hotel, as it was the nearest and cheapest option in that area.
Was not happy by all that was written from them, as they were very disrespectful (part is seen on the photo). Don't like this attitude. I don't care who you are. If you were offended by my first mail (as I was just stating the fact, that they had no option to have an eraly check in, and the response was absolutely horrendous...), well, you do not know how to deal or even please a customer.
As a travaller, it's a first for me. And the last time, hopefully! Not going to book here ever again!
We called and they agreed for an earlier check in. The hotel was clean, the receptionist was polite. Everything was ok. At least my parents were happy with the outcome.

Un bel parcheggio

Un bel parcheggio, poi il resto nella media, personale poco empatico e soprattutto manca la prima colazione, neanche un termos in camera per qualcosa di caldo. Purtroppo fuori non c'è nulla raggiungibile a piedi

Opción económica en Ptuj

Realmente lo cogimos a última hora del día y por ser el mas económico. No está en Ptuj, sino a unos kilómetros, pero la carretera está bien. Nos recibió una mujer que no sabía inglés pero nos apañamos con su hijo por teléfono. La habitación era suficiente para pasar una noche, 2 camas cómodas y un baño que estaba limpio y olía muy bien.

Teleurgesteld

Wij hadden al een sms gehad om te vragen wanneer we aankwamen, toen ik deze info had verstuurd was er niemand, we moesten wachten totdat er iemand kwam om in te checken. De host was erg onvriendelijk, we moesten om 0800 uur uitchecken(!!), omdat dat voor haar het beste uitkwam... Het hotel is erg gehorig, de kamer was op zich wel goed. De prijs is laag, maar de totaal ervaring was toch negatief.
