Unplanned stay

Our car broke down. We were accommodated in this hotel. They helped us with everything. Employees were very friendly. Room was clean and also area around hotel was very nice. We tasted famous Trojan doughnuts. They are 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

1 night in Trojane

On our way to Italy, we had a 1 night break at Trojane Hotel. Location is very convenient, very close to the motorway in a nice countryside area, quiet and surrounded by beautiful landscape. The view of the mountains from the balcony is breathtaking.
Unfortunately the hotel is outdated and not very well maintained. Rooms smell very old, furniture is used and abused, I cannot imagine how "clean" it is the carpet. Bathroom is in the same note, tiles have cracks, shower tub is rusted, shower curtain - you better not touch it.
On the corridor it was a bad toilet smell.
We did not want to try breakfast, felt it is not safe. We choose the restaurant nearby which is very nice.
This hotel screams for a major renovation, indoor and outdoor.
The free parking is a plus.

A very good hotel if you are on your way to Italy

The hotel is basic, but has good price and a wonderful view from balcony to the mountains. Quiet . Stuff is very friendly. You have a parking place near the hotel. It is easy to find the hotel, just near the highway.

Good food for reasonable price

Good, domestic slovenian food, very tasty, big quantity, reasonable price - for 2 grown pearsons and one teenage child - a bit less than 30 EUR with beverages....personel is nice and helpful - recomendable!!

good hotel with fantastic mountain view

We stay here for just one night in our way back home. Staff was OK, breakfast simple and OK, the room was basic and had all you need.Very good balcony with fantastic mountain view.Price was OK, 103 Euros for the apartment with 4 beds and 2 bedrooms and breakfast included.Very good location near the highway!!
