Good value and very clean

I was very pleasantly surprised!
Rooms are basic, but more than adequate. Price is very reasonable, rooms are very clean, staff very friendly.
Location very convenient in Greenpoint. Limited off-street parking under the building, but a security guard is on duty to patrol the street outside and protect vehicles. No elevator.
Meals not offered, but well-stocked vending machines in the foyer, and excellent deli and restaurants about 150m along the road.
I've already made my next booking.

Nothing ,it was a very bad experience

I feel so ashamed to even write on here but at the end of the day it has to be said .
The room we were given had a very tiny bathroom with a shower that wouldn't even allow me to turn around while showering .
The linen on the bed wasn't clean ,found human hair laying there ,the pillows had sweat.
We couldn't even have the tv on as the remote was pinned ,we stayed in silence as we couldn't even play music from our phones as the walls are very thin ,you can literaly have a full conversation with someone standing outside while you're inside .
Overall the experience was terrible and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as it's such a waste of money .
As for it being called a hotel while the standard is that of a motel I don't know .

Testament

The only small perks are rooms that don’t deserve more than money. TV doesn’t have much channel content and media platforms. There’s a sink at the head of your bed. The employees aren’t polite. More quality hotels to stay at this price are only optional if they are available nearby

Good Value for money

Well located hotel.Good value for money for such location.Very neat and clean.
JUST SOME FEW LET DOWN:
1) Stench at the entrance of the hotel.
2) Restaurant closes at 12pm( Not mentioned when making a booking )
3) No Elevator
4) On ONE Soap for the guest ( I wish we could be notified when making the booking so we can bring our own toiletries )
5) No Waiting area /Lobby for the guests,you have to wait outside the hotel
6) Not friendly stuffs

Early Visa Appointment

I shared a room with my mother as we had a very early morning appointment at the TLSContact office in de Smit Street.
The room was small, clean, ergonomic and perfectly adequate for 1 night.
The parking was very convenient. The concierge at the check in desk was very helpful.
If you need good value overnight accommodation in this area I would recommend this hotel.
The air con in our room worked very well but it could only be on cold and high or off. It’s controls did not seem to work.
